JBM Oil Extraction System with 90 L Tank
Change oil cleanly without removing the drain plug, using up to -0.8 bar of vacuum to pull fluid directly from the engine or gearbox. The JBM pneumatic extraction system holds 90 L across its main tank, drain pan, and measuring cylinder, with three probes for different engine types.
No drain plug, no spill
Vacuum up to -0.8 bar draws oil from the sump through a probe, so you never need to access the drain plug from under the vehicle. You avoid the mess, the burned hands on hot drain plugs, and the risk of cross-threading a sump on a customer's car.
Check condition before you extract
A transparent measuring cylinder with a volume scale lets you see the oil's colour and condition before it enters the main tank, giving you evidence to show the customer and confirmation of the correct drain volume. Three probes in 5 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm diameters cover the range of engine and gearbox types you encounter daily.
90 L capacity for a full shift
The 70 L main tank, 10 L drain pan, and 10 L measuring cylinder add up to 90 L total, enough for many consecutive changes before you need to empty the unit. Swivel wheels and an ergonomic handle let you position the extractor exactly where you need it between bays.
