Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your AVAVOR account and the personal data linked to it, including data from the AVAVOR mobile app. Submit the form below or email us, and we will process your request within 30 days.
Request account deletion
Use the email address on the account so we can verify the request belongs to you.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile, login credentials, and saved preferences.
- Your addresses, wishlist, reviews, and saved payment selections (we never store full card numbers).
- Push notification tokens and app advertising identifiers linked to your account.
- Marketing and contact subscriptions tied to your account.
What we must keep
We are legally required to retain certain records, such as completed order and invoice data, for the period set by tax and accounting law. These are kept only for that purpose and are not used for anything else.
How long it takes
We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you first to verify the request comes from the account owner.
