Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to return an item and get a refund or replacement. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Return Window

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, simply start your return before the 30-day period expires. This voluntary 30-day window includes and extends your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and does not affect your legal rights.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items should be:

• Unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
• In their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

How to Start a Return

To start a return, go to the "Returns & Refunds" section of your account, or contact our Customer Service team via the Contact Us page. We will provide return instructions and the address to send the item to.

Returns are free: we provide a return shipping label to download and print, so a standard return costs you nothing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The exact time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us promptly. For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we cover the cost of return and will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, or once they have been installed or used. Any such exceptions will be made clear before purchase.
