The JBM SERIE 623 set delivers a complete professional tire workstation in one delivery: a 380V tire changer with assist arm, a laser-assisted digital wheel balancer accurate to 1 g, and a workshop chair.
Professional 380V tire changing power
The JBM 55022 three-phase changer handles wheels from 10 to 24 inches at 1078 Nm torque, covering the full range from compact cars to large SUVs and light commercial vehicles. The automatic tilt-back column and assist arm speed up mounting and demounting so you complete more wheels per shift.
1 g balancing accuracy, fast cycle
The JBM 54970 digital balancer measures imbalance to 1 g across an 8-second spin cycle, delivering the precision your customers expect on alloy rims and performance tyres. A built-in centering laser aligns the wheel correctly every time, and a brake pedal stops the spin safely without hands on the rim.
Long-term investment, long-term support
Original JBM spare parts are available for both machines, so you protect the investment across years of workshop use rather than replacing equipment after the first major service. A workshop chair is included for comfort during long shifts on the balancer, completing a setup designed for daily professional operation.
